Time estimates vary based on the project. Bathrooms may take 3-6 weeks, and kitchens may take 3-8 weeks.

Yes! All of our craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year from completion. All materials have manufacturer warranties. If an issue arises from craftsmanship after the warranty, reach out to Matt directly and he will get it resolved. Our clients are family and we take care of our family.

SCHEDULING

We work very hard to accommodate your schedule. Your project will be scheduled with our office based on the lead time of materials and availability of our team. All materials must be delivered to your home or to a MJ Brown Renovations facility prior to beginning the work. If for any reason there is a delay in receiving materials, our office will call to reschedule your start date. This will minimize the amount of time that your home is under renovation. You will receive a call from our office 1 week prior to your start date to confirm the time that our crew will be on site and to answer and questions that you have regarding your renovation.

WORK AREA

Please make sure the area where MJ Brown Renovations will be working is empty. For the safety of our workers and to be sure that your personal items are not harmed, please clear the path to the area to be renovated from the front door, and the garage entrance to your home, and remove any photos or art work from the walls.

ACCOMODATIONS IN YOUR HOME

MJ Brown Renovations will need an area to work within your garage. Please clear a space for staging materials and for use as a workspace. We will need access to the main water shut-offs, electrical panel, and gas shut-off for your home.

CLEANLINESS

Our teams diligently work to keep your home clean and safe during renovations. You can expect a clean project area each day when our team is finished with their work. We utilize drop cloths on the floor and furniture as needed. We seal off the renovation area with plastic zip walls. We use industrial air scrubbers to minimize airborne debris. Cleanliness and attention to detail is where we shine.
